1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 5g jili ("5g jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 5g jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 5g-jili.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

5g jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 5g jili Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 5g jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

5g jili reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5g jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used.

Deposits: 5g jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your 5g jili wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

• 5g jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all games on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 5g jili will not reverse or cancel a wager after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 5g jili.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5g jili and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or system downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracy in game outcomes caused by factors outside 5g jili's reasonable control.
